MC Services Available

• Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) to be completed and lodged a minimum of one calendar month prior to the ceremony. The NOIM can be signed and witnessed by me remotely where required or on our first meeting ($200 deposit when NOIM is lodged).

• Communication as often as you required via phone, email or video link.

• You will require two witnesses over 18. (Witnesses can be provided at an extra cost.)

• A questionnaire to help get to know you both so as to create your ceremony your ceremony.

• One rehearsal at the venue, where possible.

• We can discuss rituals/themes, ideas for readings, poems, special mentions, and any other special features you may wish to include. It’s your day: let’s be as creative!

• I will supply a speaker and a microphone and play the music of your choosing for the entrance, signing and the exit.

• I will coordinate with vendors, event managers, and other relevant parties so as to work together on the day.

• Ceremonies can be performed in English and/or Spanish (an additional feel for translating your special ceremony).

• A draft of the ceremony will be emailed to you to ensure that it is exactly as you want it.

• A ring exchange (I will provide you with ring exchange wording samples).

• I can provide you with samples of vows outside of the legal ones.

• You can use a beautiful vow holder to read your vows on the day.

• Signing the Declaration of No Legal Impediment form as close to the date as possible.

• Preparation of all legal documents, registered and lodged with the NSW Registry of Birth, Death and Marriages after the ceremony.

• I can apply for your official wedding certificate ($68) which is the one you will need for any legal matters or I can you the link.

• A commemorative Commonwealth Wedding Certificate will be presented on the day. (This is decorative only).

• I will make contact when all the paperwork is lodged and advise when you are registered. If I have applied for your certificate, I will advise when it is on it’s way as it will come via registered mail.
